Return or exchange requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. None of the boxes were smashed but most of the crackers came crushed so quite a bit got thrown away and today we found mold. I ordered while on deployment with the Navy and they arrived still in "one piece" (not literally ONE piece. 5 If you like Ritz Bits If you like Ritz Bits. I love these crackers, they go great in soup ad well as just eat them out of the box. Great for snacking Bought these when the other ritz with cheese crackers got recalled.
