Tree jumping and climbing, alcohol, glass containers, and barbeque (BBQ) grills are not allowed in the Swimming Area.Dogs on leash are permitted on the trails throughout the park just not in the swimming area.Please be advised that pets (of any nature) are not allowed in the Swimming Area.Please visit our Rentals page for more information. There are no refunds for rentals, reservations (during swim season), etc. Please be advised the park is subject to closure during inclement weather and for special events approved in advance by the City.
Closuresīlue Hole Regional Park is closed on Christmas Day. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Wimberley Independent School District (WISD) school IDs will not be accepted. An ID showing a 78676 residence is required during check-in. This program is for Wimberly residents only (78676). Wimberley Nights are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. $6 Youth (ages 4 to 12), Seniors (ages 60 and higher), and Military.The whole family will enjoy swimming in crystal clear water, sunbathing on the grassy swim lawn, and of course, swinging on our famous rope swings. Blue Hole Regional Park is a natural, spring-fed swimming hole lined with the iconic Cypress Trees located deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
